Absolutely, multi-unit operators are welcome.  We are looking for motivated entrepreneurs who want to grow at a fast rate and have fun doing it!

If you choose to be a multi-unit owner, we provide a discount on the franchise fee for each additional Vixen® Franchise territory.

That decision is completely up to you.  It is possible to maintain a full-time job and watch over the operation of your business with occasional supervision.  You also may work at your business on a full-time basis.  However, consistent strong engagement is required to ensure success.  Depending on your circumstances, it can work both ways.  If you designate a manager to run the day-to-day operations of your franchise, you can be assured they will get in-depth and comprehensive training to do so.

Our current Initial Franchise Fee is $35,000 for the Nails & Esthetics concept, $45,000 for the Nails, Esthetics & Hair concept.  Royalty fee is 6% of gross sales.  Advertising and Marketing fee is 2% of gross sales.

Currently, we do not offer financial assistance.  You are free to explore other options for financing.  However, we work closely with the major banks that do offer CSBF (Canadian Small Business Financing) which can cover 90% of leasehold improvements, fixtures and equipment requirements as well as loan up to $350,000.

We provide a full turn-key solution.  We design it to spec while keeping your costs down.  Our process will give you peace of mind that your Vixen® Franchise is the epitome of the Vixen® brand and everything your clients expect it to be.

For a Vixen® Nails & Spa (Nails & Esthetics concept) we require approximately 1000 – 1200 square feet.  For a Vixen® Nails·Salon·Spa (Nails, Esthetics & Hair concept) approximately 1500-1800 square feet.  Square footage can vary depending on the amount of equipment/stations needed for a specific location.  That is what we are here for, to make it all work efficiently.

From the time you sign on as a Franchise Partner to the time that you open your location, it is typically about 3 – 4 months.  It all depends on the condition of your location and what needs to be done whether you have a new build or demo and reconstruction.

Yes, you’ll be granted an exclusive territory subject to certain restrictions contained in the Franchise Disclosure Document.  Our Corporate Team can discuss with you how we implement our territory development

Absolutely, The Vixen® Marketing Team will take care of all aspects of marketing, public relations, including social media and event planning and provide you with all the promotional tools you need to succeed.  We design any marketing materials you require including signage, business cards, flyers and coupons, advertisements and event invitations.
